Panopreter recognizes English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Chinese, Japanese etc, and its way of working is the following: it converts text files to audio files (in WAV or MP3 formats). This way you can listen to your files in any player, without needing to be in front of your PC staring at the monitor.
